Cranberry Relish

Ingredients

  • One 12-ounce package fresh cranberries
  • 1 orange zested and juiced
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Using a food processor (affiliate link), pulse the cranberries with the orange juice and zest. Transfer the cranberries to a small bowl and mix in 1/2 cup of sugar, stirring to mix. If needed, add more sugar to taste. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 day before serving.

Notes

you may also like to add chopped pecans or walnuts but I prefer this simple version best.
