Ingredients
Seafood Salad Base

stalks celery thinly sliced

Lump Crab
, rough chopped

Imitation crab
sticks or flakes, chopped or flaked apart

Shrimp
, cooked, peeled, deveined with tails removed

cup
Flat-leaf parsley
, roughly chopped

cup
Sweet white onion
, minced
1/2

Yellow bell pepper
, diced
1/2

Orange bell pepper
, diced

Lemon juice
fresh
Salad Dressing

Mayonnaise
more or less to bring the salad together to your tastes

Old Bay seasoning
more or less to taste
Salt
to taste
Black pepper
to taste
Instructions
Drain seafood well to remove excess water.
In a large bowl, mix the salad ingredients and toss with lemon juice.
Mix salad dressing ingredients. Taste and re-season as needed.
Chill for at least 30 minutes or overnight to give time for the salad to completely chill and the flavors to meld.
