6hard-boiled eggs1/2 teaspoon sesame oil1 tablespoon mayonnaise, more or less to tastesalt and ground pepper, to taste1 tablespoon sriracha hot pepper saucefresh chives, garnishsesame seeds, garnish
Instructions
Cut eggs into halves lengthwise. Scoop out the yolks into a small bowl and set the whites aside.
Mash with a fork into a fine crumble. Mix the yolks with the remaining ingredients adding salt and pepper to taste.
Stuff the egg white halves, garnish with a drop of sriracha sauce, sesame seeds and a sprig of fresh chive and refrigerate.
