Garden pasta salad is a delicious and versatile dish that combines cooked pasta with a variety of fresh vegetables, herbs, and a flavorful dressing. It's a perfect side dish for picnics, barbecues, or as a light and refreshing meal on its own.
Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain and rinse with cool water. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, milk, vinegar, and spices including parsley. Whisk together to combine. Taste and adjust the seasonings as desired.
Pour half of the pasta into the bowl with the dressing and then toss to combine. Add the other half and repeat.
Add the tomatoes, cucumbers, celery, and cheese to the dressed pasta and toss to combine. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
Immediately before serving, give the pasta one more toss to redistribute the dressing. Garnish with 1 tsp of minced parsley, optional.
