If you want something fun and familiar without extra work, this bread machine peanut butter and jelly bread delivers. It bakes up tender and sliceable with that classic PB&J flavor in every bite, and the machine does nearly all the heavy lifting.
Add the ingredients to the bread machine pan in the order recommended by your bread machine manufacturer, typically liquids first and yeast last.
Select the Sweet, Raisin, or Basic cycle and choose the Large loaf setting. Set crust color to medium, if available.
During the first few minutes of mixing, check the dough and scrape down the sides of the pan if needed. The dough should form a soft, slightly sticky ball.
Allow the bread machine to complete the full cycle.
When baking is finished, carefully remove the loaf from the pan and place it on a wire rack.
Let the bread cool completely before slicing for best texture and clean slices.
