Optional toppings:
Crispy rice noodles
Crushed peanuts
Sweet chili sauce

Instructions
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook ground chicken until browned
Add garlic, green onions, and mushrooms; cook 2–3 minutes
Stir in water chestnuts
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, hoisin, vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, and chili sauce
Add sauce to skillet and simmer 2–3 minutes
Taste and adjust seasoning
Serve in lettuce leaves with toppings
