Ingredients

ground coffee

Vodka, Rum, or grain alcohol
190 or 151 proof
2
tablespoons
vanilla extract
1/4
cup
sugar or sugar substitute
Instructions
Combine ground coffee and alcohol in a jar.
Seal and refrigerate for 12–24 hours.
Strain through a fine mesh sieve or coffee filter.
Stir in sugar and vanilla extract until dissolved.
Transfer to a bottle and let rest 24 hours before serving.
Notes
Vodka = smoother flavor
Rum = richer flavor
Use monk fruit or stevia for sugar-free version
