1teaspoonpaprika, regular or sweet
1teaspoongarlic powder

1/2 to 1teaspoonsalt - more or less to taste
Instructions
Combine the Nashville Hot Sauce ingredients in a bowl. Heat the vegetable oil in a small saucepan and when it is very hot, add it to the spice mix, whisking until smooth. It will sizzle briefly when you add it to the spices.
Notes
Use shimmering hot oil to properly bloom the spices. Adjust cayenne to control heat level. Stir before each use as separation is natural. Brush over hot chicken for best absorption.
