Ingredients

all-purpose flour

chicken broth or milk
Instructions
Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Lightly dredge in flour.
Heat oil in skillet and sear pork chops until golden brown. Remove.
Cook onions until softened.
Add flour and cook briefly.
Slowly add broth or milk while stirring.
Return pork chops to skillet.
Cover and simmer until tender.
Notes
Sear pork chops well to build deep flavor
Use low heat during simmer to keep meat tender
Add liquid gradually to prevent lumps
Let gravy thicken naturally before serving
Rest pork chops briefly before serving for best texture
