Smoked Jalapeno Poppers combines crispy bacon, roasted garlic cheese blend, and spicy jalapenos to create a mix of savory, smoky, and spicy flavors in every bite.
Preheat your smoker to around 225-250°F (107-121°C).
Cut the jalapenos in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes to reduce heat.
In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, roasted garlic, and BBQ seasoning until well combined.
Spoon the cream cheese mixture into each jalapeno half, filling them evenly.
Wrap each jalapeno half with a strip of bacon and secure it with a toothpick.
Place the wrapped jalapenos directly on the smoker grate. Smoke the jalapeno poppers for approximately 1.5-3 hours, or until the bacon is crispy and the peppers are tender.
Remove them from the smoker and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
