cottage cheese

Instructions
Warm the cottage cheese (warm, not hot).
Add ingredients to the bread pan in your machine’s recommended order (commonly: liquids first, then dry; make a small well for the yeast).
Select Basic/White cycle and choose the loaf size (Small/Medium/Large) to match the ingredient list.
Start the machine. Check dough during the first mix; it should form a soft, slightly tacky dough ball. Adjust with a little flour or water if needed.
When done, remove the loaf and cool completely before slicing.
