Ingredients

sour cream

prepared horseradish

white vinegar or fresh lemon juice

garlic powder

Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth and fully combined.
Stir in the prepared horseradish, Dijon mustard, vinegar or lemon juice, and garlic powder until evenly incorporated.
Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to develop. Stir before serving.
Notes
Adjusting the Heat
For milder sauce: Start with 1 tablespoon horseradish and increase gradually.
For extra heat: Add more horseradish or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
For extra tang: Add a splash more vinegar or lemon jui
