Homemade Instant Vanilla Latte Mix
This mix gives you that coffeehouse-style vanilla latte taste on demand, without the weekly cost of store-bought drink canisters. It blends into a smooth, creamy drink, works for both hot and iced lattes, and makes an easy homemade gift for the coffee lovers in your life.
Ingredients
- 2 cup nonfat dry milk powder
- 1 cup powdered nondairy French Vanilla creamer
- 1 cup instant coffee granules
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup instant vanilla pudding mix
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the milk powder, creamer, coffee granules, sugar and pudding mix; cover and process until mixture is a fine powder. Store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
Notes
To prepare hot latte: Dissolve 1/4 cup mix in hot water; stir well. To prepare iced latte: Dissolve 1/4 cup mix in hot water; stir in cold water. Transfer to a blender; add ice. Cover and process until blended.
