Born and raised in New England, I now reside in the Lowcountry of South Carolina. I specialize in creating recipes perfect for today’s hectic lifestyles. There’s really nothing I love more than cooking for my family and friends but I don’t want to spend all my time in the kitchen! So having a repertoire of 30-minute meals, quick appetizers, and easy yet elegant party fare is an absolute must for me.

In my kitchen, I show you how to take your most favorite foods, from lasagna to Salisbury steak, and make them quicker to prepare but still full of flavor and using fresh, natural ingredients! These streamlined dishes are ready in just 30-minutes (or less) without sacrificing flavor or authenticity. My goal, just like my motto, is to deliver quick, flavorful food for people on the go! It’s the kind of food that you crave but without all the cumbersome preparation — and the recipes on Kitchen Dreaming are prepared from real ingredients instead of pre-packaged foods. I am a believer in knowing what you’re eating and where it comes from. I use fresh, natural and organic ingredients most often in my recipes but give you tips on how you can swap out some items to complete the dish even quicker!
My work on Kitchen Dreaming has been featured on Parade Magazine digital edition as well as BuzzFeed. I’ve been published in both the digital and print versions of Taste of Home Magazine, Taste of Home Annual Recipes 2016 Cookbook and The Classic Slow Cooker: Best-Loved Family Recipes to Make Fast and Cook Slow with my own original recipes.
