Welcome back, everyone! I hope you had an awesome winter break. I’ve been away for over four weeks and boy am I ready to get back to it. Do you know how hard it was not working in any capacity for over 4 weeks?? I know what you’re thinking and yes, at first, it was totally awesome and very much needed, and as my husband says, “very well-deserved” ( boy, he sure knows how to butter me up), but by the end of the third week I was just like “Whoa! I’m going a little stir crazy here and I need to get back to work.”

It was beautiful but the icy road conditions made it treacherous. The record low temperatures combined with the ice and snow had us house-bound for 5 days!
