  • 1 3-4 lb Whole chicken
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Chicken Rub

  • 1 tsp Salt more or less to taste
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper more or less to taste
  • 1/2 tsp granulated garlic
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika sweet or smoked
  • 2 tsp dried herbs blend rosemary, thyme, oregano, parsley, herbs de provence etc
