Loved it… but in the interest of fewer dishes, I marinated the (boneless thighs) chicken for a couple of hours in a ziplock bag, cut up some potatoes and onions and covered the bottom of a pan, then added the chicken with its marinade on top, covered it and baked it for 45 minutes. Potatoes were great with the marinade. Easy peasy yum!
