Happy New Year!
With so much going on this year with the election and in celebrity news, many of us are glad to see 2016 finally come to a close and I think we all looking forward to new beginnings in 2017. It’s raining here today, we always look at this as good luck – like a cleansing to wash away the old year and bring the new one. Hopefully, that’s the case.
But first, I couldn’t ring in the New Year without looking back and reflect on 2016 and marvel at the landmark year it has been for Kitchen Dreaming. We’ve had many new firsts, reached new goals, and achieved dreams I honestly didn’t think were possible. I couldn’t do this without my husband, James, and my daughter, Sabrina. The recipes I create and the blogs I write often revolve around them. More importantly, I couldn’t have reached any of these milestones without you, the Kitchen Dreaming community.
We are a small group but I enjoy hearing from you and answering your questions. Hearing about your kitchen successes and failures. I am always tickled pink when I get a comment from you on a recipe you’ve tried – even if your results were not so favorable. Your comments are invaluable and I thank you for taking the time to leave them on the recipes. You may not realize but your comments help me write better instructions, add better recipe notes, and overall make better recipes. They allow me to see what recipes you like – and which you do not. I appreciate each and every comment you’ve left for me this year and look forward to hearing from you again in 2017.
